Tiffany at the front desk was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and answered all my questions with patience and a smile. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps, such a wonderful first impression and experience!
My experience here been nothing but the best everyone have great attitudes. Rose being the only maintenance guy on the property he does a great job you can tell how well this place stay clean and housekeeping does a great job as well. This what see and this what I know. I’ve been to other hotels nothing comes close to extended stay. I’ve been on short stays. The staff wasn’t friendly welcoming. Well I can say this extended stay gives it all
The hotel staff are very professional and friendly they have great rates it’s very clean and they work with you if you going through a hard time as long as you let the manager Chad know in advance all the front desk staff are helpful and accommodating as well as the housekeepers and maintenance man
Ryan was a major help in answering the questions I had as well as offered great customer service. Which seems like now and days isn’t important but it is. As a business person myself I understand how important it is to develop good relationships in the business world. He is a great asset to this company thanks for yall service!
We stayed here for two weeks with our very nervous pup, and the experience was wonderful! Tiffany was absolutely amazing with him (and with us!) — so kind, patient, and understanding. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Service was great too — whenever we needed fresh towels or bedding, they were so prompt and helpful. We’re really grateful for how comfortable and stress-free our stay was. Highly recommend!
